Adding Students to the Team

Students must be added to your Competing Team from your Student Pool. Scilympiad will enforce that no more than five 9th grade students are added to a Division B team and that no more than seven 12th grade students are added to a Division C team.

• From the Head Coach Dashboard, select "Student/Team/Event Assignment"
• Click "Students to Teams" (#1)

• Select the students to add to the Team via the checkboxes (#2)
• Click "Add" to add the students to the Team (#3)
• Alternates will be designated with an asterix. Do not add alternates to the team (#4)

• To remove a student from the Team, click "remove". That student will be returned to the Student Pool. (#5)
