Assigning Students to Events

After assigning students from the student pool to your team, you need to assign students to events.

Scilympiad will prevent you from accidently assigning more students to any specific event than the rules permit, however, it cannot prevent you from accidently assigning a student to two events which are scheduled for the same time. Please consult the Event Schedule and verify assignments.

• From the Head Coach Dashboard, select "Student/Team/Event Assignment"
• Click "Students to Events" (#1)

• Select the checkboxes to assign students to events. (#2)
• Click "Save change" to save your work (#3)
