Inviting Assistant Coaches

• Log in to https://scilympiad.com/nj as the Head Coach role.
• From the Coaches Menu (#1) select Head Coach Dashboard (#2)

• Click Invite Coaches (#3)

• Click Add Co-Head Coach (#4)

• Enter your assistant coach's First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Cell Phone Number (#5). This information should match what was provided during registration
• Click Add Co-Head Coach (#6)

• Repeat these steps #4-6 to invite additional assistant coaches
• The system does not email Co-Head Coaches to notify them that they have been invited. Ask your coaches to follow the instructions at Registering as an Assistant Coach after being invited after you invite them. The system will match their information and add them with the appropriate role on your Team.
